Upon buying from a seller in a different country you are able to select a transporter to bring and import your products.
Get to know the transport and importing options by browsing the "Import Services" section. When buying products you may be chose the desired international transport service, the merchandise will be sent to the transporter's reception center in the country of the Seller; the transporter will import and deliver the merchandise to you.

Registration with Bizglo is free. By registering with us you may buy and sell products or offer your transportation services if you are a transport company.
To access the registration form, click the New user, register here link that appears at the top on the main page. This will take you to the registration page where you select the type of account that is suitable for you.
Enable Account to Sell
To sell products you must enable your account to sell. To do this you must complete an additional form. To access this form, click on the Sell tab found on the top navigation bar. This will take you to a page where you will find the link Enable Account to Sell. Click on the link and complete the form that appears. The information you provide will be validated and your account enabled to sell within 2 business days.
Registration as Transporter
To register as a transporter, click the link at the top of the main page, New user, register here. This takes you to the registration page. From there click the link, Register as a Transporter to get access to the registration form. Within 3 business days your information will be validated and your account enabled to offer transport services.
Information provided to Bizglo must be truthful and verifiable. Bizglo confirms the information of each of its users whether they are individuals or organizations. If you need to update your information after registering, you may do so in the Info section located in My Bizglo.
In order to facilitate communication and the success of the transaction your contact information will be sent to your counterpart. This information includes: address, email and phone numbers. Keeping your information up to date will help you avoid any potential delays.

The present agreement between Being Services Inc. and yourself establishes the terms and conditions of the services we offer to you through the site with the domain www.bizglo.com, domains of its international affiliates, and their sub-domains, from now on and for the effect of this agreement these sites will be referred as "Bizglo" or "the site". By using the site, you accept these conditions. If you are not in complete agreement with these terms and conditions, you must not use the site or its services.
This user agreement may be modified solely by Being Services Inc. Bizglo will notify about any modifications to these policies and regulations via email or by posting on the site with at least 14 calendar days before future modifications take effect. If you do not agree with the modifications that are made, you should cease any use of the site since the use of our services implies complete acceptance of the agreement and the modifications.

Our services are available solely for individuals and companies with the legal capacity to contract for the services offered under the applicable law. Our services are not available for users who are minors (under 18 years of age) or users that have been suspended temporarily or banned from the Bizglo community.
2. Verification of User Information
Bizglo does its best to verify the information provided by each and every one of its buyers, sellers, and transporters. We are continuously implementing procedures to confirm that information provided by users is as truthful as possible and that each user is who they claim to be. Regardless, Bizglo cannot guarantee that information users provide is accurate due to the fact that it is possible for the users to not provide accurate information about themselves.
We have incorporated aids and tools such as the user feedback system to inform users about the commercial behavior exhibited by fellow users, and establish what could be expected of them. We expect your cooperation in reinforcing these tools. The object of the use of these tools aims for the general welfare of the companies and individuals that use the site.
Bizglo may contact its users by telephone or email when deemed necessary for validating their information, request a reference or to alleviate any issue related to the use of our services.
3. Identity in Bizglo
Your identity is the username that you created when registering, whether you registered as a person or company, and will be the name by which other Bizglo users will recognize you within the site. Once registered with Bizglo, your identity will serve so that other users may identify you when establishing commercial relationships, buying or selling items, offering services, or any other activity that you may perform on the site.
4. About Our Services
In Bizglo individuals and companies may buy and sell goods, and offer transport services within the regulations and procedures of the site. Being Services Inc. forms no part nor is it involved in any way with the performed transactions of the users on the site and cannot secure or guarantee that the users are going to complete the transaction. The tools that Bizglo supplies for these transactions and for the management of operations are provided for personal use by the users and therefore the users are responsible for the use of these tools and services. Bizglo exercises control over the quality, security and legality of the goods and services offered by the users of the site but cannot guarantee the accuracy of information third parties making use of our services post on the site.
5. Charges Incurred for Bizglo Services
Bizglo's services are free except for users who wish to sell products or offer services on the site. Our fees and the conditions governing the cost of these services may be found in the Registration & personal information topic, Bizglo Fees subtopic, which is an integral part of the present agreement and can be found in the Selling part of the help section of the site.
6. Information, Content, and Communications of Third Parties on the Site
When you post content on the site, such as information, pictures, software, audio files, video files, or any other material that can possibly be posted on the site, you guarantee that you are the author of said publications, are the actual owner of the rights of intellectual property or have the appropriate license or authorization from the owner that affords you the permission to post said content. Equally, you authorize Being Services Inc. the non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, and perpetual permission at the local and global level to use, copy, modify, erase, adapt, post, translate, transform, distribute by any form or technology, create content derived from, and/or selling, and/or distributing, or incorporating by any form, method or technology the content published by you on the site without any financial or other form of compensation provided to you. Being Services Inc. reserves the right to edit, or delete any content on the site at its discretion.
As a user you agree to not publish content on the site:
That is false, imprecise, or that might generate confusion.
That infringes on the rights of the intellectual property of third parties, registered brands, commercial secrets, or other types of owner rights.
That may be considered defamatory, contains hate, violence, or discrimination that is racial, religious, or of any other type in origin.

7. User Guidelines
7.1 About Purchase Orders
A purchase order is a binding contract between the buyer and seller. Withdrawing from the acquired agreement is not permitted. Take into account that if you do not fulfill a purchase order, you acknowledge that you are liable to receive negative feedback from your counterpart. If a buyer does not honor a purchase order, the seller must post negative or neutral feedback about that buyer in order not to be charged for the transaction. If the transaction is not completed at no fault of the buyer, the seller will be charged for the transaction.
Attempts to manipulate orders, creating orders that will be unfulfilled with the intention of diminishing other user's product exposition or with other intentions in mind will be investigated. Offenders may indefinitely lose the ability to be users of the site.
Excessive or inappropriate failure to fulfill purchase orders hurts the marketplace. It is not fair for buyers with genuine interest in products purchases to be affected by such situations. For this reason, if this situation occurs more than three times during a 2 month period, the user in violation will be suspended for a period of 15 days. Should this issue resurface the user will be suspended for 1 month and so forth in succession each time this occurs.
7.2 Guidelines Concerning the Posting of Goods
In Bizglo the contract generated by creating a purchase order is the foundation for trust between its members. To avoid misunderstandings, the posting and offering of products must be in accordance with certain established restrictions in order to avoid problems with the presentation of your offer on the site.
In the event that these regulations are violated by a seller, Bizglo can impose the following sanctions:
Termination of your offer.
Limits on your personal account.
Banning of the user from the site.
7.3 Articles or Services Prohibited from Being Posted
Alcohol: the sale of alcoholic beverages or any form of beverage that contains alcohol will have restrictions on the site. Alcoholic beverages may be posted on the site if the seller can present proof of being the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
Animals or wild species: any type of species, animal, or plant that resides in regions where Bizglo has presence and which commercialization is prohibited or violates the regulations established by international or local law governing the trafficking of wildlife.
Material with adult content: Sexually explicate images or products sexual in nature are prohibited outside of the adults category. In the same context, elements or accessories that have some type of known association with "Exotic" practices are also prohibited outside of the adults category.
Credit cards or information related to the illegal use of them.
Prescription medication.
Illegal drugs.
Firearms.
Organic and inorganic products derived from parts of a human body as well as any organ or segment of a human body itself.
Products that promote illegal activities, (i.e. a book that educates on the preparation of an illegal drug).
Lottery tickets.
Mail listings and data bases.
Multi-level programs and pyramid schemes affiliations or subscriptions and related promotional goods.
Any product, which when posted, would violate the legal regulations established by the countries in which Bizglo operates.
7.4 Postings should not Generate Confusion
The posting of products in erroneous categories: The products and/or services should be posted in the categories defined for such items. Your products may be removed without warning for not complying with this regulation.
Not being specific in regards to the location of the product: The sellers should be clear and concise in regards to the location of merchandise so that buyers could program the transport of the goods. Your products may be removed without warning for not complying with this regulation.
7.5 Postings Cannot Contain Information Potentially Leading to Avoidance of Payment for Services Provided by the Site
Posting a catalogue: Posting a catalogue that would lead to the purchase of a product outside of the site is prohibited.
Multiple postings of the same product from a seller in the same category: When this situation is detected, the duplicated products will be removed and the seller will receive a warning.
Extra charges: In the event that a seller imposes additional charges on the total presented to a buyer for the use of a certain form of payment, these charges must obligatorily be mentioned in the product description or in the payment method description.
Excessive shipping charges: Sellers should charge reasonable shipping costs on their products, and costs should be adjusted to resemble realistic shipping costs. Bizglo does not control the shipping charge amount that a seller adds. The inflation of shipping charges with the intention of recovering with the shipping charge, discounts in the product price, or to avoid the payment of the generated commission is prohibited. Sellers must be prepared to justify transport cost with documentation if the buyer asks them to do so.
It is prohibited to include contact information, i.e. telephone number, email, address, anywhere in your product description.
Offering the purchase of the product outside of the site: any attempt by the seller to offer or to make reference to the sale of his/her product outside of Bizglo will end with the termination of the posting.
7.6 Handling Feedback Between Users
The feedback between users defines the reputation of a Bizglo user. This tool should be handled with care.
Bizglo reserves the right to delete comments that are manipulative, inappropriate or not genuine.
7.7 Incorrect Uses of the Feedback System
Extortions using the feedback.
Manipulation of the feedback to increase the amount of actual comments or to raise the average rating.
In the event that these or other malicious uses of the feedback system present themselves, the user shall be sanctioned as follows:
First warning results in suspension of the account for 15 days.
Second and successive warnings result in suspension of the account for a month and so forth in succession. Bizglo reserves the right to ban any user from the site for any reason.
7.8 Incorrect Uses of the “Ask about this product” feature found in the product details page
Questions and answers about a product must be genuine and not intended to obtain contact information or bypass the site to complete the purchase of goods.
Question or answers in violation of this guideline will be removed. If the problem persists, the user may be suspended or banned from the site.
7.9 User Duties
Upon sending a purchase order:
By sending a purchase order, the user commits to compliance with the agreed payment and within the agreed upon time. It is essential to accept and understand the stipulated conditions of the seller in the product description if and when these conditions follow the applicable laws of each country in which the site offers its services.
Upon selling:
Upon selling, a user should comply with the regulations established by the user agreement, taking special care of the user guidelines. Equally, the seller must be in legal capacity to exercise or develop any act of selling of the goods that are being posted on the site.
If a seller receives a purchase order, he/she is committed to take the proper steps to complete the process.
7.10 Transporter Regulations
When registering on the Bizglo site, the transporter completely accepts the terms and conditions of the site, and also certifies that he/she will not be found incapable of providing its services, which may be proven by means of documentation sent to Bizglo.
The transporter cannot change the cost of transportation services initially agreed upon at the time a purchase order is created. In the event that the services were hired by a user, the transporter has the obligation to contact the user and inform the user of any updates concerning the transport of products.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The user accepts and recognizes that services rendered by Being Services Inc. under the domain www.bizglo.com, domains of its international affiliates, and their sub-domains are provided with no expressed or implied warranty, and are made available on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE BASIS." The use of our services, as well as the information, content, materials, or products included on the site do not generate any sort of obligation or responsibility to Being Services Inc. Continued, uninterrupted, or secure access to the site and its services it's not guaranteed. Access and operation of the site can be suspended without warning. It's not guaranteed that the infrastructure or communications sent from Bizglo are free of viruses or malicious components. You clearly accept that use of the site and its services is at your own risk, just as you accept and understand that Being Services Inc. will not be held accountable for damages of any sort that may arise as consequence of using the site.
You accept to defend, indemnify, and maintain Being Services Inc. and its affiliates, and as such their respective executives and employees free of any harm or damage, complaint or lawsuit of any type and byproduct that may arise as consequence of use of the site or its services, as well as any dispute or controversy with another user or users of the site.
9. Limitation of Liability
The responsibility of Being Services Inc. and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, executives and employees related to the use of our services towards you or towards third parties is limited to the total sum that we received from you for charges for use of the site in its final year from the moment in which the action took place that compromises our responsibility. In the event that this generated sum does not exist, this value will be the sum of US$100 dollars.
10. Privacy
The user information provided to Bizglo is not sold nor rented to third parties for any reason whatsoever. The way we use the user information is in agreement with our Privacy Policy. Your information is stored and protected to provide you confidence and peace of mind. For more information read our Privacy Policy which is an integral part of the present agreement.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Due to the fact the Bizglo is a site of global nature, it is necessary to establish a sole governing entity of legal nature for which this User Agreement will be governed and interpreted. In this case it will be in agreement with the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. If for any reason, the court with competent jurisdiction considers a certain clause or part of this user agreement inapplicable, the rest of this agreement will continue to apply in its entirety.
Any type of dispute or controversy between yourself and Being Services Inc. related to the use of the site will be attempted to be resolved amicably between the involved parties. In the event that this is not possible, the services of a respected and renowned arbitrary tribunal will be sought. In the event that a court must be used to mediate a dispute, that court will be from the state of California, U.S.A.
12. Protection of Intellectual Property Belonging to Being Services Inc.
The content found in the site in the form of text, symbols, images, logos, audio files, downloadable files, software, and everything else that you can obtain from the site is property of Being Services Inc. or its content providers and is protected under international intellectual property laws. The incorrect use of this material and of site content may incur civil and penal responsibilities.
In the event that material belonging to Being Services Inc. is required for informative non-commercial use, Being Services Inc may approve at its discretion and via written consent the use of this material. 13. Protection of Third Party Intellectual Property
Being Services Inc. respects the content and information protected by intellectual property laws of third parties and will remove or disable the access to content that is violating the rights of intellectual property. Information Other Users Have Access to
If you participate in transactions with other users on the site, we will share some of your user information. You will have access to information of others whether you are buying, selling, or simply visiting pages of companies and users that offer products or services. The information of other users which the public has access to with the intent to complete a transaction or to establish a commercial contact, cannot be used for any other purpose without express consent of the owner of the information. When making a transaction you accept the sending of your contact information by Bizglo to your counterpart to complete a transaction. This contact information entails phone number, email address and name.
Access, Change, or Deactivate User Information
You can access your user information at any time in the section titled Account located in My Bizglo. From there you may review, update, or modify your information as needed.To ask for the removal of your information from the site and from our data base of active users, use the contact form (select the option Account Cancellation in the drop down menu), located in the topic Getting Started, to obtain instructions for canceling your account. Your information will be removed from the active user database. Some of your information will remain in our user history databases to manage users whom have been suspended, to resolve pending activities on the site, and to keep a record of former users. If you have voluntarily retired yourself from the site, you may register again as a Bizglo user whenever you wish.
Security
Bizglo uses the latest technology to protect your information. Unfortunately technology that can guarantee complete security of your information over the internet does not exist. Even though we do our best to protect your user information and mechanisms to increase the security of your information are continuously being implemented, it is not possible to give a complete guarantee that your information will not ever be accessed without your authorization.
Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies solely to the user information that Bizglo obtains from you. If by using the site, whether for performing transactions or posting contact information, you divulge information to third parties, those third parties will be responsible for the use of that information.
This Privacy Policy may be modified solely by Being Services Inc. Being Services Inc. will notify about any modifications to these policies and regulations via email or by posting on the site with at least 14 calendar days before future modifications take effect. If you do not agree with the modifications that are made, you should cease use of the site since the use of our services implies complete acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

To find a product you can use the search bar1 that appears at the top of most pages. This search looks through the titles and subtitles of the products listed on Bizglo.
You can also find products by using the category menu2 found on the left of the main page, browse through the subcategories until you find a product that you would like to purchase. Some listing pages, depending on the subcategory have filters that you may use to refine search criteria.

In Bizglo comparing products is simple. When browsing, searching or using filters, results are listed in order of relevancy. The search or category results may be reorganized by price, date posted or quantity available1. This can be done by clicking on the respective link at the top right of your search or category results. Clicking on the same link again will reverse the order in which they are listed.

Whenever you see a price in Bizglo you will find it in your preferred currency as well as the seller's currency1. Prices are set and purchase orders are paid in the seller's currency. When your preferred currency differs from the sellers, the price is also displayed in your currency according to the interbank exchange rate of the day.

To ask a seller about a product, click on the product name to get the product details page1. Questions about the product asked by other users appear at the bottom of the page followed by the seller's answers. You can ask your own questions by clicking the link Ask about this product found at the bottom and top of the product description.

In the listing results, clicking the product title will open a page containing detailed information about the product. At the top of the page you can find more information about the seller. Below that you will find the date range in which the product is for sale, shipping and payment methods accepted by the seller, as well as the Item's detailed description.
If other buyers have asked questions about the product these will be posted at the bottom of the page followed by the seller's answers.
Once you have found a product you wish to buy, click on the Buy button1. This will take you to the purchase order page where you may enter the quantity of items desired as well as preferred payment and shipping methods.
If you don't want to send the order right away or if you want to add items from the same seller to the purchase order, click the Leave Order on Hold link at the top of the page2. Buying multiple products from a seller on one purchase order simplifies the process and saves you money on shipping.

A purchase order is used to request goods from a seller. It is a commitment you make with sellers to purchase their products. It is neither an estimate nor an invoice.

Purchase Order Abuse
Excessive or inappropriate withdrawals from purchase orders hurt our marketplace. It is unfair for buyers that have genuine interest in products to be disappointed by such situations. For this reason, users who withdraw from purchase order agreements more than 3 times in a 2 month period will be suspended for 15 days. If this situation happens again the user will be suspended for a period of 1 month, and so forth in succession as the user continues to back out from purchase orders.
Other users may post negative feedback if you fail to fulfill your commitments. This affects your reputation and will likely discourage users from doing business with you in the future.
When creating a purchase order, you will be able to choose one of the payment methods accepted by the seller. The following is a short review of some of the most common payment methods accepted.
Wire Transfer:
A wire transfer allows you to make domestic or international payments directly into the seller's bank account. If you select this payment method, the necessary information will be sent to you so that you can transfer the money into the seller's account.
This is a trusted and secure method for both the buyer and seller. To make the transfer you must have a bank account that permits international or local wire transfers. Some of the necessary information to perform a wire transfer may include: account number, bank name, location of the account, swift code or routing number. Different banks may have different requirements.
Money Transfer:
Using money transfer services you can pay domestically or abroad. Examples of companies that offer this service are Western Union and Money Gram. You should specify an exact name to which the payment is being made and any additional instructions the seller specifies. This method, unlike a wire transfer, does not allow you to later track your transaction and should be used with care.
Paypal:
Paypal is an international service provided to carry out payments over the Internet. If you wish to perform payments through PayPal, you must register with them at www.paypal.com.
Local Deposit:
You may perform the payment for products through a local deposit. If you use this payment method you will receive information about the account and the bank or financial institution with which you are to deposit the money to pay the seller.
Credit Cards:
With credit card payments you will be asked to provide your credit card information. This could be by telephone, written authorization or through a secure page over the Internet. It is recommended that you be sure of the credibility of a seller before providing your credit card information as credit cards are prone to fraud.

Articles or Services Prohibited from Being Posted
Alcohol: the sale of alcoholic beverages or any form of beverage that contains alcohol will have restrictions on the site. Alcoholic beverages may be posted on the site if the seller can present proof of being the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
Animals or wild species: any type of species, animal, or plant that resides in regions where Bizglo has presence and which commercialization is prohibited or violates the regulations established by international or local law governing the trafficking of wildlife.
Material with adult content: Sexually explicate images or products sexual in nature are prohibited outside of the adults category. In the same context, elements or accessories that have some type of known association with "Exotic" practices are also prohibited outside of the adults category.
Credit cards or information related to the illegal use of them.
Prescription medication.
Illegal drugs.
Firearms.
Organic and inorganic products derived from parts of a human body as well as any organ or segment of a human body itself.
Products that promote illegal activities, (i.e. a book that educates on the preparation of an illegal drug).
Lottery tickets.
Mail listings and data bases.
Multi-level programs and pyramid schemes affiliations or subscriptions and related promotional goods.
Any product, which when posted, would violate the legal regulations established by the countries in which Bizglo operates.
To be able to post products on the site, your account must have selling privileges. If you wish to offer transport services, you must be registered as a transporter. For more information on enabling your selling privileges or to register as a transporter, please review the help topic Registration with Bizglo.
Managing product or service listings is done in the My Bizglo section. From there you may edit your product listings (sellers) or service listings (transporters). You may also review purchase orders in which your products or services have been requested.

For Sellers
Posting products in this site is free. Bizglo solely charges a fee when a sale has been made. Bizglo calculates fees using US Dollars in the following manner:
Purchase orders from $1 to $500 or the equivalent amount in other currencies
3.5% of the value of the order
Purchase orders from $500 to $2500 or the equivalent amount in other currencies
3.5% of the first $500 ($17.50)
2.25% of the amount over $500
Example: If the purchase order was for $600 the charges are:
$17.50 (3.5% of the first $500)
$2.25 (2.25% of the following $100)
$19.75 is the total charge
Purchase orders of $2500 and over or the equivalent amount in other currencies
3.5% of the first $500 ($17.50)
2.25% of the following $2000 ($45)
1.35% of the amount over $2500
Example: If the purchase order was for 3500 dollars, the charges are:
$17.50 (3.5% of the first $500)
$45 (2.25% of the following $2000)
$13.50 (1.35% of the amount over $2500)
$76 is the total charge
Transporter Fees
As a transporter you may post your transportation services in all the transport categories, Bizglo has two different plans for posting transport services, if you have registered as a transporter you may subscribe to any of these plans from the section Account in My Bizglo.
We will send you an email 10 days before your plan expires. If you fail to renew or change your plan before the expiration date, the services will be suspended. You will be able to renew your posting plan at any time. All Bizglo fees are in U.S dollars.
There are two payment plans for transporters in Bizglo:

With this plan, you can offer transport services to one country. You can list 1 service in each of the categories for that country.

Be aware that the quantity and transportation methods vary in each country. Transportation routes to more countries will be available soon.
Invoices with charges for our services are issued twice a month on the 1st and 16th of each month and can be seen in the My Bizglo section under Account.
An invoice includes charges for successfully completed orders (orders you have rated positively) since the previous invoice was issued.
There are limits on how many negative and neutral ratings a seller may give in one invoice period;
First 5 orders; 3 neutral or negative.
6 to 10 orders; 5 neutral or negative.
More than 10 orders; 40% neutral or negative.
If you exceed these limits any order rated negative or neutral above the limit will be charged as if successful.
Example: An invoice received on June 16th will contain the charges for orders that have been successfully rated from June
1st to 15th. It will not include charges for orders rated negative or neutral as long as they are below the limits stated above.
If you fail to rate a transaction within 15 days, the system will classify the order as successfully completed and you will be charged for that order.
The deadline to pay the billed charges is 7 days after the invoice is issued. If you cannot make payment in this period your product listings will be suspended.
To reinstate your selling privileges, you must pay the total amount due. The time it takes to reactivate your selling privileges depends on the method of payment and the country you are in.

If you have received a purchase order (Sellers) or a service order (Transporter) from a user, you will have access to their contact information. To find this information go to My Bizglo. Under Orders you will see a list of purchase orders. Click on the order number and there you will find complete contact information of the buyer1. You can easily send the buyer a message by clicking on the link Contact user.

Confirm purchase order
You can find purchase orders you have received in My Bizglo under Orders. Click on the purchase order that you want to confirm or open the actions menu and click confirm order. This takes you to the purchase order page.
You must then confirm the cost of shipping the merchandise to the buyer. This is done by clicking the link confirm found beside shipping cost. Once the shipping cost is added the order will be understood as confirmed, the buyer will proceed to pay for the merchandise using the agreed form of payment.
If you decide that a reasonable time has passed and the buyer has not made payment, you may remind the buyer of the obligation via email or using the message feature by clicking on the link Contact user found on the purchase order.
Shipping Merchandise
Once you receive payment, you must then send the merchandise to the address the buyer has indicated in the purchase order.
It is not necessary to use a Transport service registered with Bizglo. Products can always be sent directly through a regular courier company. However, if one is available, it may save you time and money.
Transport Companies post their services with Bizglo to offer competitive prices and delivery time on international shipments. To browse the transport services available to your country go to the Transport area on the right of the main page. Select your country to go to the listings with the services available. Click on the title of a service for details. You may also contact the transporter by clicking on the contact button that appears in the Transport Services listings or in the detailed description.
Selecting a transport service in the purchase order page
Once you have indicated that you would like to purchase a product, the purchase order page will appear. If the seller is located in a foreign country, you may choose a transport service when completing this purchase order. To do so, check the box beside Select a transporter and choose the preferred transport service.
Some governments have different methods for products to clear customs. You should be aware if your country has different import methods for goods to be processed by customs. One method may offer a lower import tax or total cost than others.
The seller is to send products to the address provided in the purchase order.
This address could be the buyer's or the transporter's address.
The following are potential transport scenarios for transactions depending on origin and final destination.
Buyer and Seller in the same country
In this situation the products are generally dispatched using a local transport company.
Buyer and Seller in different countries with a transporter selected1
The seller sends the products to the transporter's address with the shipping service chosen by the buyer. The transporter imports and delivers the goods to the buyer.
Buyer and Seller in different countries without a transporter selected
The seller ships the merchandise directly to the address of the buyer using an international shipping service chosen by the buyer on the purchase order.

Some countries have different options for how goods are processed and taxed when being imported. These methods may have different tax rates and procedures for sending small packages such as items of personal use, than large wholesale orders intended for resale.
It is recommended that you review and calculate what would be the total price on importing a product depending on the different methods available for your country.

To ensure safety of transactions, Bizglo confirms the identity of sellers and registered transporters. We periodically establish new internal security procedures to provide a secure experience to all Bizglo users.
Bizglo also verifies that companies who wish to offer transport services are organizations fully capable to provide this service. We do so by certifying the information they submit when they attempt to register as a Bizglo transporter.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that fraud will not occur. We provide a venue for operations to take place but we do not exercise complete control over the intent of involved parties.
In the event that you encounter problems with fraud or want to report a suspicious activity during your operations, you may do so using the contact form (select the option Security in the drop down menu), located in the topic Getting Started.
Bizglo has a user feedback feature so that buyers and sellers can determine each other's reliability. Buyers can also rate a transporter if one has been used to import a product. Transporters are not able to rate other users.
When rating other users you may leave a comment. Buyers and sellers may also respond to comments left about them.
Being open, honest and completing all steps in transactions quickly will ensure that you receive positive feedback. Positive feedback will increase other user's confidence in you which will increase the likelihood of them choosing to do business with you. Each time a Bizglo user completes a transaction, they may leave feedback relating to their counterpart's performance as follows:
To view the feedback of a user, click on the username. This will give you access to the ratings and comments received.
For Buyers
Before placing a purchase order
Review the posting. Make sure you thoroughly read the description of the products you seek and the terms and conditions of the seller.
Review the feedback of your counterpart. This may be the single most important method of determining the credibility of who you are dealing with.
We recommend that you review how long the seller has been a registered Bizglo user and what is selling or has sold. We expect that this information will help you draw your own conclusions.
The Seal of Confidence that Bizglo issues to select sellers represents a stamp of additional user commitment within the community.
Making payments
Choose secure payment methods. Try to use payment methods where the sellers must confirm their identity or where identity has previously been established by the institution used to make the financial transaction.
For example, if you use a wire transfer as payment method, the seller has to provide you the name of the account as well as the financial institution's information, including telephone and address. As a result, when performing the transfer, you can be sure of what company or person you are paying.
Try to avoid payment methods in which it is impossible to track the seller or in which the seller does not have to establish a commercial relationship or provide personal information to the institution responsible for processing the payment.
When the purchase order is returned with the shipping price added, you will have access to your counterpart's contact information. As soon as you have made payment, phone or email your counterpart so it is known that you have done so.
Transport and Shipping of Products
When choosing transporters, it can be helpful to review their feedback. Contact the transporter if you have any doubts. This communication can provide you the confidence you require to use their services.
All transporters go through an information verification process to guarantee that they are in fact companies dedicated to this service. Bizglo verifies documentation of these companies before permitting them to offer transport services on the site.
You may insure products at every stage of the shipment. If the shipment is local you may insure your products with the local transport companies. Indicate this if you make a shipment using an international transporter, ask the transporter about the cost of insuring your merchandise.
For Sellers
If you receive credit card payments, attempt to establish with certainty the identity of the buyer. We also recommend not dispatching products until they are paid for in full. If you are paid with a check, wait until the check clears and the funds become available for use in your account before shipping the product.
All users
Watch for irregular or suspicious activity. You may report irregular activities as well as possible fraudulent postings using the link Report Item which is found in the detailed description of each product.
Disputes
If you have a dispute with another user, review the section Dispute Resolution in the Help section under Security.
Seal of Verification
Bizglo goes a step further in certifying seller's reliability and identity through the Seal of Verification program. When you find a seller with a Seal of Verification, you can rest assured that the seller is committed to provide an upstanding service to buyers.
The process of issuing the Seal of Verification depends on the country of the Seller.
Process
Depending on the country of origin of a seller, specific documentation is required and sellers must comply with different procedures to obtain certification.
Address verification
The seller must enclose a bill that includes the address indicated at the time of registration as that of the seller named, individual user or company.
Certificate of bank account
The seller must attach a user certificate from a bank indicating the account number and giving us permission to call the relevant bank and validate the information submitted.

Should you have a dispute with another user, we recommend that you first address the issue by communicating with that user. In many situations good communication will resolve the dispute.
If you have exhausted attempts to resolve it on your own, contact our dispute resolution department using the contact form (select the option Dispute Solving in the drop down menu), located in the topic Getting Started. Bizglo representatives can assist users on how to proceed; however, Bizglo representatives are not judges nor will they act as a referee. If the problem still cannot be resolved, a complete record of communications through Bizglo involving the dispute may be provided to the user as a resource for further action.
Within the My Bizglo section of the site, users have the ability to manage all operations on the site, including purchases, selling of products, or providing transport services.
My Bizglo is divided into 5 subcategories:
Orders
In this section you will find a summary detailing all recently created or received (if you are a seller) purchase orders. If you are a transporter, you will find information on all purchase orders in which you have been selected as the transporter by the user.
Products / Services
If you are a seller or transporter, you may manage the products or services you have posted on the site from this section.
Account
As a seller or transporter, use this section to track charges generated to your account.
Feedback
As a seller, buyer, or transporter, using Feedback will enable you to view your Bizglo user history as well as post feedback on other users.
Info
In this section you can modify or update the information you initially provided when you created an account with Bizglo. If you are a seller, you may also modify your payment method and/or shipping method information concerning products you have posted.
In Orders you will find purchase orders placed by you as well as received orders if you are a seller1.
If you are a transporter, you will find a list of purchase orders where you have been selected by a buyer as a transporter.

On the right column of each order you find an Actions button which will open a small menu containing options to indicate the status of your orders. Though it is not necessary to mark most actions, you will find it very helpful when managing your orders.
To open the actions menu, click on the Actions button to the right of the order. The following are the options you'll find therein depending if you are buying, selling or if you are a transporter and your service was requested.
Buyers
Request Order Confirmation
This action reminds the seller to confirm the shipping cost of the product so that you can complete payment. The seller will receive an email asking for order confirmation.
Mark as Received
This option is for your own reference. When you review your orders, there will be an ok icon indicating that you have received the goods.
Sellers
Confirm the Order
Confirming an order involves adding the shipping cost to the order for the buyer to know the total amount of money to pay. You can confirm an order by clicking on the order number or by clicking the actions button and then the confirm order link. This takes you to the purchase order page where you will be able to enter the shipping price.
Once you have done this, the buyer will receive an email indicating that the order has been confirmed. He may then view the shipping cost and the total amount to be paid.
Mark as Sent
If you are a seller you may mark the order as sent. This will remind you which orders you have already shipped to your buyers. Marking an order as sent is for your own reference. It does not notify the buyer or transporter.
Transporters
Mark as Received
You may mark an order as received once ithas been received from the seller.
Mark as Delivered
Once you have delivered a package to its final destination, you may mark it as so for your own records.
