Hola, cuando te refieres a tomar antes del entrenamiento quieres decir 1 pastilla antes y una despues o cuantas?, que tipo de efectos secundarios tiene el uso prolongado de este producto?, gracias.
A/ Hola, para óptimos resultados la Creatina Met-Rx se debe tomar 3 pastillas antes del ejercicio y 3 pastillas después del ejercicio. Siempre que tomes creatina se recomienda dejar de tomarla por 1 mes y luego reiniciar; haciéndolo así no tiene ningún efecto secundario.
